Lucid dreaming is a dream state that only some have had the chance to experience. Only about 50% of the population have had or do have lucid dreaming. It can increase your creativity bringing out the artistic side of you. It can help you face your fears, because in your dream you can face anything without fear. Lucid dreams can help improve your confidence as well. It can also help with developing your sense of self. Once you tap into the benefits you will be glad you did.
